Guidelines & Policies

General Business Policy

When it comes to scheduling, we are quite flexible.  We want to provide a service that best suits your needs because every hospital/clinic will require something different.  For your convenience, we have set up an online calendar for easy scheduling.  Calendar is available 60 days in advance.  However, if you need immediate or last-minute coverage, please feel free to give us a call.  We will do our best to cover the shifts.
Online calendar  will send out a confirmation email as soon as relief work is scheduled.  All scheduling communication will be documented via email.  Please note that there is a cancellation policy in place:  if services are cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance,  50% of the agreed shift pay will apply as cancellation fee.  Cancellation can be done at any time at your convenience via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking.

We do have a traveling radius that is set to 10 miles from our office.  Clink on Google Map to see if your clinic is within travel distance.
